The latest Local Development Plan has identified the area south and west of Livingston as prime development land. This is both for housing (in brown) and employment (in purple).
There are plans for 3650 new housing units in Livingston, and 600 in West Calder.
We estimate there is the prospect of over 3300 new houses being built within a 7 minute drive of Barden House. This major growth in the local population should ensure plenty of customers at Barden House!
